Apparently the President has been trying to stop the trial of a suspected terrorist accused of assisting in the bombing of the USS Cole.
Why?
Ok so maybe you disagree with the tactics used in his interrogation but why stop the trial. Trials are where we get to see the evidence all the evidence including the conduct of the interrogators. Let the Judge and jury decide the matter.
So why stop the trial?
